Strategies for socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan 2030

Tatarstan-2030 is a globally competitive stable region, a driver of the Volga-Kama growth pole. Tatarstan is a leader in the quality of the interconnected development of human capital, institutions, infrastructure, economy, external integration (the pivotal Eurasian region of Russia) and internal space; a region with outstripping rates of development, high involvement in the international division of labor.

Human capital is the basis of the modern economy, the key to success in global competition.

The priority of the strategy is the formation of a new efficient economy based on knowledge,  development of innovative activities and high-tech sectors.


The Republic of Tatarstan is one of the most economically developed regions of the Russian Federation, making a significant contribution to its economy.

The key components of the success of the Tatarstan economy are stability, transparency of government, openness to business and constant development. The development of the economy and all industries of the Republic of Tatarstan is subject to the principles of the Strategy 2030.
